Voici notre 3e restaurant pour Chipotle Mexican Grill, au centre commercial Lyon Part Dieu. Une conception très technique de Grand Cuisine et arrière-cuisine avec l’accent sur l’hygiène, la sécurité incendie et la transparence des opérations de cuisine pour le public. En salle de restaurant ce projet developpe les notions de simplicité et d’honnêteté de matériaux, synonymes de la marque.
Our third restaurant Chipotle Mexican Grill in France is built in Lyon Part Dieu shopping center. As always, this involved a very technical design for the Kitchen and back of house with a focus on hygiene, fire safety and the transparency of kitchen operations for the public. In the dining room, this project develops the notions of simplicity and honesty of materials synonymous with the brand.
