Trois pubs et micro-brasseries ont été conçus pour le groupe britannique Allied Domecq. La fabrication artisanale de bières a été fait au sein de chaque établissement ce qui représente un défi au coeur de Paris, dans des immeubles en coproprieté. Les décors sont typiquement britanniques d’après la volonté du client.
We have designed and fitted out three FIRKIN pubs in Paris.
The fabrication of the beer on site represents a technical challenge in the context of residential city-centre buildings, and the pubs are decorated in a style consistent with the UK brand. British Shop-fitters were used alongside French technical trades in order to get the correct look and feel whilst complying to local regulations.
