Cette réhabilitation d’appartement de grand standing sur deux étages près des Champs-Elysées a été réalisée avec un soin particulier. L’intégration des équipements de climatisation générale et d’un spa ont été réalisés en conservant l’apparence des plafonds et corniches d’époque.
This spacious private apartment project is close to the Champs-Elysées in the heart of Paris. The renovation including the opening out of the classical space into a suite of bright living spaces arranged alongside a garden terrace. The integration of air-conditioning and audio-visual solutions was achieved without sacrificing the original ceilings and cornice details.
