Ce restaurant est le plus grand de sa marque construit dans le monde. Le projet est aménagé dans un cadre particulier, avec une vue extérieure et une entrée ouvertes sur la grande arche de la Défense, dans le centre commercial Les quatre temps. Ce projet fut créé en collaboration avec les architectes américains de l’enseigne, en respectant les codes graphiques et architecturaux de celle-ci.
The third restaurant of this firm in Paris is also the largest of its kind in the world. The two- storey restaurant occupies a key corner site of one of France’s largest shopping centres, the Quatre Temps in La Défense. We worked closely with the New York designers of the client, adopting the company’s «look and feel» and adapting it to the site, including organising compliance with French building regulations.
